When purchasing via our web-store at www.Oakfieldbeams.com we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be untouched and still wrapped in the original packaging

If an item arrives damaged or does not meet customers exspectations please contact our team and we will arrange collection and replacement of your item.

Once we have received returned items, refunds are processed. Payments may take 3-7 days to process as standard.  

We regret that we are unable to refund the cost of postage unless there is damaged due to transit or the item is as not requested.Customers are responsible for adequately wrapping and insuring any returned items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Item has been cut or apperance has changed

  • Item has been cut to the correct length however isnt the right length for the customer

  • Items are not in the same condition as originall
